A DCSA founding member, complicated by its own vessel-sharing alliance
Evergreen has been a DCSA member since 2019, one of the standard's founding participants, and has since built out a genuinely comprehensive API catalogue through its ShipmentLink platform: Track & Trace, Booking, Shipping Instruction, Transport Document (eBL), and Commercial Schedules are all confirmed complete services, with DCSA Track & Trace v2.2 as the current self-attested standard. That's a deep, mature offering, on paper, comparable to any Tier 1 carrier covered here.
What complicates it in practice is Evergreen's membership in the Ocean Alliance alongside CMA CGM, COSCO, and OOCL. Vessel-sharing agreements mean a booking made with Evergreen can actually execute on a vessel operated by any of those three partners, each with different tracking-feed characteristics. COSCO-operated legs specifically need extra care, since COSCO's own DCSA conformance isn't publicly confirmed, meaning cross-checking against SynCon Hub or the COP portal may be necessary depending on which carrier is actually running the ship your cargo is on.
