Basic Integrated Visibility covers up to 30 tracking numbers and standard shipment types, but it explicitly can't see FedEx Authenticated Delivery shipments at all, that requires Advanced Integrated Visibility, an account-based subscription with webhook support. A business unaware of this distinction can find tracking data simply missing for certain shipments, not delayed, missing.
