Challenges Faced
POXO Transit operates among a client base of over 3,000 companies in 10 different industries and works with over 11,000 suppliers. Handling about 800 orders a day was very time-consuming on manual data processing and routine tasks. To increase efficiency and minimize human errors, POXO Transit wanted to use Robotic Process Automation to automate data processing. Elicit Technology was chosen as the service provider for POXO Transit after POXO Transit went through a few service providers.
Solution

Results

Developed RPA system automated regular work activities such as copying logistics data from one system to another and performing basic checks to validate and update clients and suppliers lists.
